上证报中国证券网讯 2月26日晚间，金隅集团公告，当日，公司作为原始权益人的华夏金隅智造工场产业园封闭式基础设施证券投资基金成功上市。

该基金于2024年12月25日获证监会准予注册批复，2025年1月20日完成发售，自2月26日起在上交所上市，场内简称为“金隅智造”。其最终募集基金份额4亿份，发售价格2.839元/份，募资规模达11.356亿元。发售方式由战略配售、网下发售、向公众投资者发售构成，战略配售占比74.57%。

此次REITs的成功发行让金隅集团成熟的产业园价值得以兑现，优化了资产结构，提升资金周转效率与回报水平。公司表示，部分募集资金将投入其他产业园项目，推动公司在产业园基础设施领域的投资形成良性循环，增强可持续经营能力。（陈曦）
