平安好医生(01833.HK) 宣布，旗下平安健康App已于近日推出名医AI助理服务“平安芯医”，全面开放AI辅助专家24小时健康咨询服务，首批上线将覆盖全科及三大专科，正在覆盖妇科、内科、儿科、外科、男科、中医科、皮肤科、综合科八大科室。
公司表示，平安芯医数字人作为真实医生的数字分身，依托数字人技术和医学大数据支撑下的AI大模型，结合自然语言处理、机器学习、医疗文书识别等技术，通过对真实专家的形象和专业知识、医学实践经验的训练，可全天候为用户提供线上咨询、线下就医协助、报告与化验单辅助解读、用药提醒等服务。
另外，平安好医生自主研发的AI辅助诊疗系统导诊准确度据指已超过99%，辅助诊断准确率达95%以上。相关负责人表示，目前基于平安医博通多模态大模型及平安医家人医生工作台，通过打造12个系列的业务模型群，已实现AI赋能全流程业务场景，家医服务效能提升30%。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-25 16:25。)
