远洋集团(03377.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司北京远洋控股集团经向上海证券交易所申请，所公开发行2018年公司债券(第一期)、2019年公司债券(第一期)(品种一)、2019年公司债券(第一期)(品种二)、2021年公开发行公司债券(面向专业投资者)(第一期)，自周二(25日)起于上海证券交易所开市起停牌。
公告指，上述4只债券均有宽限期条款，远洋控股将于宽限期内持续与投资人沟通，积极协商偿付方案。(js/k)
