　　2月27日消息，港股三大指数震荡调整，一度全线翻红，截至收盘，恒生指数跌0.29%，报23718.29点，恒生科技指数跌1.22%，国企指数跌0.66%。盘面上，科网股全线下跌，小米集团跌超5%，哔哩哔哩跌超4%，快手跌超3%，联想集团、网易跌超2%；餐饮股延续昨日强势，奈雪的茶涨超21%；内房股震荡走强，碧桂园涨超17%。

　　餐饮股延续昨日强势，奈雪的茶涨超21%。26日，蜜雪集团孖展超购约5318倍成为港股‘冻资王’，带动茶饮行业炒高。有分析人士指出，这场现象级IPO背后，是资本对“下沉市场王者”的狂热追逐，也是新茶饮行业“低价神话”的极致演绎。

　　内房股震荡走强，碧桂园涨超17%。华泰证券表示，认为房地产“止跌回稳”是2025年要一鼓作气完成的目标，并不会半途而废。2025年将有望看到：1、一线及部分二线城市总体成交量（新房+二手房）有望稳中有升，其他城市逐步走向平稳；2、一线城市为代表的重点城市房价有望实现“止跌回稳”，同时这些城市的核心地段地价或将“稳中有升”；3、政策会加力护航“止跌回稳”之路，包括核心城市行政政策、房贷利率、去库存和城中村改造等的继续优化。
