蔚来官方回应换电站火灾：车主损失我们全担
近日，蔚来官方账号蔚来小喇叭回应2月21日上午蔚来换电站的火灾，称用户车辆损失将全额承担。
2月21日上午10时40分左右，沈阳红星美凯龙铁西店蔚来换电站的顶部照明灯具发生火情。蔚来安全系统随即发出预警，蔚来工作人员第一时间赶赴现场，迅速控制火情。一辆蔚来电车正在举升机换电中，换电室内发生起火情况，有大量燃烧物从上方掉落。
经现场工作人员初步勘查，确认起火部位为换电站顶部的照明灯，该事件火情未涉及换电站内的电池和机械结构。此次事件造成用户车辆受损，未造成人员伤亡和周边财产损失。
蔚来表示，目前已安排代步车，确保用户出行需要。“用户车辆损失，我们将全额承担，并提供关怀方案。我们已启动全面调查工作，深入排查安全隐患，确保用户用车安全。”
换电站是蔚来的一步重要战略。通过换电站的“车电分离”模式，蔚来的用户无需一次性支付5-10万元的电池成本。但随之而来的是蔚来需要对这些换电站设备和其电池使用是否老化做好严格检测。
换电站的安全对蔚来接下来的规模化发展至关重要。截至前三季度，蔚来在全球拥有 2737 个换电站，其中高速公路换电站 887 个，为蔚来和乐道用户提供超5800 万次换电。此外，超过 24000 个充电桩和目的地充电桩已投入运行。
