Olin to Offer $600 Million in Senior Notes

Olin (OLN) said Friday it plans to offer $600 million in senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds, along with borrowings from new credit facilities, to redeem all $500 million of its 5.125% Senior Notes due 2027, refinance its revolving credit and term loan facilities, and cover related fees and expenses.
