Juniper Networks and IBM are collaborating through their artificial intelligence platforms to address the complexities of managing IT networks.
The collaboration between Juniper, known for its routers and switches equipment, and IBM, an information-technology company, will work together to build upon two internal IBM projects.

The second is IBM AskNetwork, an internal tool being developed to help resolve network infrastructure issues and diagnose user problems.
