美国电动汽车制造商Lucid Group周二表示，其CEO彼得·罗林森（Peter Rawlinson）已辞职，并预计今年的汽车产量将增加一倍以上，达到2万辆。

　　该公司股价周二盘后一度大涨了逾10%。

　　Lucid表示，公司首席运营官马克·温特霍夫（Marc Winterhoff）已接任临时CEO。该公司表示，罗林森将“辞去之前的职务，担任董事长的战略技术顾问”。

　　温特霍夫周二表示，辞职是罗林森自己的决定，但他拒绝透露更多细节。

　　温特霍夫说：“这是彼得在经历了12年的日常工作后做出的决定，他把公司带到了今天……现在是时候让位，把接力棒传给别人了。”

　　罗林森周二在社交媒体上发表声明称，在“成功”推出公司的第二款产品——一款名为Gravity的三排SUV后，他决定“最终是时候”辞职了。在这篇长文中，他没有进一步详细说明这一决定。

　　罗林森的离开出人意料。作为该公司最大的股东之一，同时担任首席技术官的罗林森经常吹嘘自己对这家汽车制造商的热情和持股。2021年7月，他通过与一家特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）的反向合并，让Lucid上市。

　　Lucid表示，董事会已经开始寻找新的CEO人选。
