电能实业麦坚由执行董事调任为非执行董事
2月28日，电能实业（00006）发布公告，董事局宣布麦坚先生自2025年3月1日起由执行董事调任为非执行董事。麦坚先生，73岁，自2005年12月起担任公司执行董事，期间曾多次调任，具有丰富的管理和财务经验。他在过去三年及现时并无在香港或海外的任何其他上市公司担任董事职务，且与公司的其他董事及高管没有任何关系。
根据公告，麦坚先生与公司签订的任命书自2025年3月1日生效，任期至2025年12月31日，之后将自动续约，每次续约为12个月。任命书中规定，麦坚先生可收取每年7万港元的董事袍金。除上述信息外，公告未提及其他需股东关注的事项。
