中国生物制药与杭州先为达签署IL-29独家合作协议
2月27日，中国生物制药（01177）发布公告，与杭州先为达生物科技股份有限公司签署了关于IL-29项目的独家战略合作协议。
根据协议，双方将在中国（包括港澳台）、巴西、沙特阿拉伯、泰国、新加坡等19个国家进行独家许可与合作，专注于开发人白细胞介素-29（IL-29，内部研发代号为CPX102）。
CPX102是一种经过蛋白质工程优化的雾化吸入溶液，属于III型干扰素。该项目目前正在中国开展IIb期临床试验，旨在治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）感染。CPX102通过诱导细胞生成抗病毒蛋白，抑制病毒的复制，激活天然免疫，从而发挥抗病毒作用。此外，CPX102是全球首个雾化吸入的RSV感染治疗药物，具有快速起效和降低全身不良反应的优点，尤其适合儿童患者。
公司认为，CPX102作为国内唯一一款进入临床的雾化治疗RSV的国家1类创新药，市场潜力巨大。根据数据显示，2015年全球因RSV引起的呼吸道感染人数约为3.3亿，中国是RSV感染发病率最高的国家之一，90%的婴幼儿在2岁前曾感染RSV，显示出该药物的巨大市场需求。公司预计CPX102有望成为中国首款用于雾化治疗儿童RSV感染的国家1类创新药。
