迈富时配售2011万股 融资总额12.06亿元
2月28日，迈富时（02556）发布公告，宣布公司于2025年2月28日完成了配售协议的所有条件，合共2011万股配售股份成功配售，配售价为每股60港元。这些股份相当于配售完成后公司已发行股本的约7.85%。此次配售的承配人数量不少于六名，且均为独立第三方，未导致任何承配人成为公司主要股东。
配售所得款项总额约为12.06亿元，扣除费用后的净额为12.02亿元。公司计划将这些资金用于多个项目，包括AI智能体平台的开发和商业化（预计占40%），投资并购（预计占20%），全球市场扩张（预计占10%），以及补充营运资金和一般公司用途（预计占30%）。本公司将于未来22个月内审慎使用这笔资金，预计在2026年底前动用完毕。
