长实集团(01113)旗下香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第3C期Blue Coast II加入新盘混战，落实周六(3月1日)展开新一轮销售，以先到先得形式发售97伙价单单位，并于下周一(3月3日)招标推出23伙四房双套房单位。

 

长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威称，价单单位涵盖49伙两房及48伙三房户，整批折实售价922.3至1,959.4万港元，呎价约19,881至25,254元，平均呎价约22,282元，以价单价计，总市值约15亿元。

 

至于紧接下周一招标推出的23伙四房双套户型，实用面积1,224至1,267方呎，而项目早前的同类成交呎价约27,304元。

 

集团营业部副首席经理杨桂玲表示，即将发售单位包括昨加推的3座D室两房户，属于项目最后一批可供发售的两房开放式厨房户型。

 

而参照3座28楼D室搭建的示范单位，实用面积446方呎，由即日起开放予公众参观。
