　　中国环保能源（00986.HK）公布，与四川杜甫酒业集团股份有限公司订立销售代理协议，据此，公司获委任为四川杜甫酒业的销售代理，于特定市场推广及销售白酒产品，为期三年，期限内销售额预计不低于人民币1.5亿元。

　　根据协议，如达到前述销售额，公司有权获得所实现销售额1%的额外分红，如未达到前述销售额，公司无须作出任何补偿。

　　根据协议，白酒产品包括四川杜甫酒业以其自有品牌‘杜甫’（杜甫酒）生产的不同白酒，集团拥有于香港、台湾、日本、韩国、新加坡、柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、越南、泰国、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、文莱及菲律宾销售白酒产品的独家权利；及于中国销售白酒产品的非独家权利。

　　同时，中国环保能源建议将公司名称改为‘Dufu Liquor Group Limited’，中文名称改为‘杜甫酒业集团有限公司’。

　　中国环保能源拟将业务重心由珠宝业务转向上文所讨论的白酒业务。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称符合本集团的战略规划，且其将更好地反映本集团的业务发展状况及其未来发展方向。
