智通财经APP讯，车市科技(01490)发布公告，经股东于股东特别大会上通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称后，开曼群岛公司注册处已于2025年2月6日签发出更改公司名称的公司注册证书，证明公司的英文名称已由“Cheshi Technology Inc.”更改为“AI X Tech Inc.”，而新的英文名称已记入开曼群岛公司注册处备存的登记册内，自2025年2月6日起生效。公司的中文名称“车市科技有限公司”维持不变。
香港公司注册处已于2025年2月21日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册的新英文名称为“AI X Tech Inc.”及中文名称为“车市科技有限公司”。
该等股份将以新英文股份简称“AI X TECH”于联交所买卖，中文股份简称“车市科技”维持不变，而现有英文股份简称“CHESHI TECH”将不再使用，自2025年3 月3日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号将维持不变为“1490”。
