智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.3%，报1.59港元，成交额4946.31万港元。
消息面上，1月27日，西部水泥公告，斥资370万美元拟收购CILU 91.02%股权。据悉，CILU主要业务为营运位于刚果（金）卢卡拉的综合水泥厂，以及生产及分销水泥、水泥熟料及石灰粉。天风证券研报称，经综合测算，CILU企业价值为1.2亿美元，23年EBITDA为1470万美元，设计水泥产能为每年120万吨，EV/EBITDA为8.2x。
海通国际此前指出，撒哈拉以南非洲水泥市场预计将在2023至2028年间以4%左右的复合增速增长，未来随着非洲人口数量的不断增长以及城镇化率的不断提升，基础设施建设有望持续加码，非洲水泥市场具有十分广阔的需求增长空间。非洲需求有增长、水泥工业相对落后，正是中资水泥企业寻求的基建新蓝海。看好中资水泥企业出海非洲的前景，建议关注积极出海非洲的水泥企业。
