智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，鉴于史志荣先生的辞任，为保证公司及董事会的正常运作，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》及公司的公司章程的规定，即日起至公司董事会选举出新的董事长期间，公司全体董事共同推举何文建董事代行公司董事长及法定代表人职责。
此外，董事会同意补选何文建先生为公司第八届董事会换届提名委员会委员、发展规划委员会主任委员及ESG委员会主任委员;同意补选毛世清先生为公司第八届董事会ESG委员会委员。
