Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN) said Chief Executive Officer Alwyn Vorster is set to step down effective Feb.28, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Vorster was in charge of structuring the company's Kangankunde project in Africa for funding and construction, the filing said.
Lindian Resources has engaged with industry leaders over the past three weeks to secure expertise for the project's delivery and will announce key leadership appointments as the project moves towards financing and construction, the filing added.
