消息面上，在光伏行业2024年发展回顾与2025年形势展望研讨会上，中国光伏行业协会预测，2025年中国光伏新增装机将达到215-255GW。2024年，中国光伏新增装机为277.57GW，同比增长28.3%。以此计算，今年中国光伏新增装机可能同比下滑8.13%-22.54%。
中国光伏行业协会名誉理事长王勃华指出，2025年，受分布式光伏发电管理办法、新能源上网电价市场化改革等政策及上述政策与各省具体实施办法出台时间差的影响，行业存在一定观望情绪，从而增加2025年装机预期的不确定性。
