智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股延续昨日强势表现，截至发稿，奈雪的茶(02150)涨18.08%，报2.09港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)涨9.78%，报1.01港元；海伦司(09869)涨8.77%，报2.48港元；海底捞(06862)涨7.25%，报17.16港元。
德邦证券表示，餐饮供应链板块整体2024年业绩承压，期待后续终端需求回暖。由于终端需求持续减弱，餐饮供应链企业整体缺少增长动能，目前大部分公司估值水平已经处于历史较低水平，安全边际充足。后续期待伴随政策面促进终端消费，公司业绩能够筑底反弹，建议关注业绩韧性更强的龙头公司和后续需求有望修复的弹性标的。
东兴证券指出，作为消费中的重要领域，食品饮料消费也将受益于消费政策的刺激，预期消费环境会得到积极改善，食品饮料消费无论是线上线下都会受益。看好未来国家政策在消费环境、交易环境、政策环境方面的改革推动，看好食品饮料行业业绩的整体提升。特别是餐饮消费，随着方案落实，旅游、商圈购物、线下体验等消费得到提振，对餐饮消费将会有明显的拉动。同时预期各地方的消费补贴也会加大餐饮的补贴力度，对餐饮行业将有积极的帮助。
