消息面上，阅文集团发布盈警公告，阅文将对新丽传媒计提10.5亿至11.5亿元商誉减值，受此影响预计阅文2024年净亏损约1.5亿至2.5亿元；扣非净利润方面，预计约为11亿至11.5亿元，与2023年同期相比保持稳定。
里昂发表报告指，下调对阅文2024年至2026年经调整净利润预测18%至19%，反映新丽传媒未来利润减少及销售与市场费用增加。该行基于现金流折现法计目标价，由原来32港元下调至28.5港元。考虑到8%的下行空间，该行将阅文投资评级从“跑赢大市”下调至“持有”，因为市场对盈利的不确定性增加。
