2月28日金融一线消息，新华保险今日发布第八届董事会第三十次会议决议公告显示，会议审议通过了《关于发行境内无固定期限资本债券的议案》。同意公司在该议案的框架和原则下，发行金额不超过人民币 100 亿元（含100 亿元）的境内无固定期限资本债券，并同意将议案提交公司股东大会审议；同意提请股东大会授权董事会制定发行方案，并可由董事会转授权公司经营管理层在监管机构批准的前提下，根据市场情况，办理发行无固定期限资本债券的所有具体事宜；债券存续期相关事宜的授权期限为无固定期限资本债券存续期内，其他事项的授权期限自公司股东大会审议通过之日起三十六个月内有效。
