智通财经APP获悉，贝壳-W(02423)再涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.89%，报59.4港元，成交额3.88亿港元。
消息面上，恒生指数公司公布恒综调整结果，3月10日港股通名单将调整。中金指出，贝壳-W已于2022年中旬返回港股双重主要上市并且目前已为恒生综合指数大型股成分。测算截至2024年12月31日的前183天，其港股日均流通市值达到1611.2亿港元，且总成交额达到161.6亿港元，满足同股不同权公司纳入港股通要求，因此预计贝壳有望在本轮纳入。
国联民生证券此前发布研报称，房产中介是房地产行业内最先应用科技工具的板块。该行指出，贝壳、安居客等房产中介平台正借助科技升级优化服务流程，提升行业运作效率。贝壳早期依托VR看房、线上带看、电子合同等数字化工具，推动行业线上化进程；同时，构建“楼盘字典”、真房源系统，提高交易透明度和交易效率。
