新浪科技讯 2月28日下午消息，据媒体报道，IBM内部发布公告称，商业机器（中国）投资有限公司及其分公司将于2025年3月1日起停止业务活动，相关办公场所亦将停用。 报道称，这次调整的属于IBM中国投资公司（IBMV）下设的IBM中国系统中心，主要负责研发和测试，员工分布在北京、上海、大连等全国多个城市，涉及1800多人。该消息称IBM内部人士透露，目前IBM中国投资公司所在的北京办公区环宇大厦已经在拆除相关办公设备。

　　新浪科技就上述信息求证IBM，官方回应称：IBM没有退出中国市场，IBM在全球范围内整合产品开发职能。继去年秋天中国实验室的调整后，原以承载IBM产品开发职能为主要目的国际商业机器中国（投资）有限公司已完成其主要使命， 因而计划关闭。 关闭流程将依据国家相关法律法规执行。
