智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股尾盘跌幅扩大，截至发稿，申万宏源(06806)跌7.09%，报2.36港元；中信证券(06030)跌6.14%，报22.15港元；招商证券(06099)跌5.89%，报14.38港元；中信建投证券(06066)跌5.34%，报9.75港元。
消息面上，中金、中国银河近日否认合并传闻。花旗表示，对合并计划将在未来数周内公布感到怀疑，主要由于中金公司近期出现管理层变动；财政部向汇金的券商股权转让仍在进行中，这可能为中金公司的券商整合计划带来复杂性或延迟。但花旗表示，上述合并计划长期而言是可行的。
中原证券则指出，综合2025年1月影响上市券商经营业绩的核心市场要素变化，1月上市券商母公司口径单月整体经营业绩环比将出现一定幅度的下滑，但同比实现增长的确定性较强。综合目前市场各要素的最新变化，预计2025年2月上市券商母公司口径单月整体经营业绩环比将实现一定程度的改善，但改善的程度不宜过度乐观。
