智通财经APP获悉，中国水务(00855)尾盘逆市走高，截至发稿，涨3.26%，报6.01港元，成交额2.13亿港元。
消息面上，据香港交易所的信息披露显示，2月20日，中国水务获长城人寿增持中国人寿200万股，持股比例增至5.02%。由此，长城人寿跃升为中国水务第三大股东，其持股比例已突破5%的举牌线。分析人士指出，险资需要保持投资风格的稳健性，险企有望进一步增持具有高分红、高资本增值潜力、高ROE属性上市企业。
值得注意的是，就在上述险资举牌后不久，2月26日，中国水务第二大股东欧力士通过旗下欧力士(中国)实业控股有限公司增持中国水务863.6万股普通股股份，对中国水务的持股比例首次超过20%。公开资料显示，欧力士（中国）实业控股有限公司主要股东包括欧力士集团(国际知名投资机构)、青岛政府下属国资平台、北京市首钢基金与北京市丰台区政府发展投资公司合资企业。
