金吾财讯 | 瑞安房地产(00272)公布，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度净溢利总额将介乎人民币8亿元至人民币8.25亿元，相较2023年同期净溢利总额人民币13.97亿元。公告指，净溢利下跌的主因是于截至2024年12月31日止年度期间，集团之附属公司及其于合营公司的投资的住宅竣工量均为下降。考虑到中国经济及房地产市场仍然疲弱，公司对近期业务前景保持谨慎态度，基于房地产行业的整体增长在近期内可能仍维持温和。公司将继续审慎管理其财务及审查及采取最佳策略，以维持长期增长。
