智通财经APP获悉，首都机场(00694)午后跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.07%，报2.83港元，成交额3165.69万港元。
消息面上，首都机场此前发盈警，预计2024年度净亏损13.5亿至16.5亿人民币，同比减少2.9%至20.6%；税前亏损6亿至7亿人民币，同比减少59.3%至65.1%。尽管航空市场需求持续恢复，但由于递延所得税资产的转回，导致所得税费用大幅增加，进一步扩大净亏损。这将是首都机场连续第五年亏损，五年累计亏损额将超百亿元。
值得注意的是，根据公司发布的亏损弥补方案议案，公司董事会建议根据中国公司法及公司章程的相关规定，从任意盈余公积中动用人民币29.91亿元以完全弥补截至2023年12月31日的累计亏损，亏损弥补方案须根据公司章程经股东会批准后方可实施。中金表示，此举或有助于后续实施利润分配政策。
