智通财经APP讯，新濠国际发展(00200)发布公告，承公司于2021年6月23日标题为“共同开发于中山的土地”的公布(“2021年公布”)，以及公司2021年至2024年中期报告及年报之披露内容，关于与雅居乐合营方共同开发于中山的土地事宜，我们向雅居乐合营方送达一份日期为2022年7月13日的通知书，以根据中国民法典终止合作协议及其补充协议(统称“合营企业合作协议”)(“终止合营企业”)，塬因是雅居乐合营方并未符合合营企业合作协议中的若干条文。于2023年6月30日，我们与雅居乐合营方就有关终止合营企业之剥离计划订立框架协议(于2023年11月29日作进一步补充)。
就雅居乐合营方履行相关付款义务的问题，我们已向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会针对雅居乐合营方、项目公司及雅居乐集团控股有限公司提起仲裁，向雅居乐合营方、项目公司及雅居乐集团控股有限公司追讨。如公司于2024年中期报告披露，我们亦已经对投资成本进行了104171000港元的减值。
我们的仲裁申请已获中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会受理，正待审理。截至本公布日，本案尚未开庭审理。
