2月28日金融一线消息，中国人民银行东营市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，东营农村商业银行股份有限公司因违反金融统计相关规定；未按规定履行客户身份识别义务；与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款77万元。

　　张某东（时任东营农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）  对该行未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有责任，被罚款1万元。

　　程某华（时任东营农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）对该行与身份不明的客户进行交易负有责任，被罚款1.5万元。
