SEC Expresses Concern Over ETF Launched by State Street, Apollo Global Management, Bloomberg Reports

--The Securities and Exchange Commission expressed concerns over a private credit exchange-traded fund from State Street and Apollo Global Management and asked the firms for more information in a letter, Bloomberg reported.

--The SEC's worries centered on the fund's liquidity, its name and its ability to comply with valuation rules, according to the report.

--The letter came after the ETF launched on Thursday, said Bloomberg.

--State Street and Apollo declined to comment, according to the report.
