智通财经APP讯，中兴通讯(000063.SZ)公告，公司于2025年2月28日召开第九届董事会第四十一次会议，审议通过了《二〇二五年度拟使用自有资金进行委托理财的议案》，在不影响正常经营资金需求和确保资金安全的前提下，同意公司及子公司使用部分自有资金进行委托理财，资金总额不超过人民币300亿元。
公司将按照相关规定严格控制风险，对理财产品进行评估、筛选，选择银行、证券公司、基金公司、保险资产管理公司等金融机构的安全性高、流动性好、中低风险的理财产品。
