Judo Capital CEO Sells Shares Worth AU$2.4 Million

Judo Capital Holdings (ASX:JDO) Chief Executive Christopher Bayliss sold about 1.2 million fully paid ordinary shares in the company for roughly AU$2.4 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Bayliss now holds about 1.5 fully paid ordinary million shares in the company.

Company shares were down almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
