Arcos Dorados (ARCO) said Friday that it plans to redeem all of its 5.875% senior notes due 2027.
The notes will be redeemed at 100% of the principal amount of the notes plus accrued and unpaid interest from Oct. 4 to, but excluding, the redemption date, the company said.
The expected redemption date is April 4.
