智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(601600.SH)公告，公司控股子公司中铝宁夏能源集团有限公司(简称“宁夏能源”)拟与中铜西藏矿业有限公司(简称“中铜西藏”)、西藏开发投资集团有限公司(简称“西藏开投”)以货币资金出资共同设立合资公司，其中，宁夏能源拟出资人民币11.39亿元，持有合资公司23.90%的股权。
本次交易有利于发挥宁夏能源在电力技术及建设运维管理方面的专业优势和协同作用，有利于进一步提升宁夏能源在电力行业的影响力和综合竞争力，并可获得长期、稳定的投资收益，促进宁夏能源经营业绩的提升。
