　　声明称，网络账号“尹哥普及新能源”持有人尹某，已于2月28日通过其账号就其关于蔚来公司和乐道品牌的不实言论向蔚来、蔚来用户和社会公众正式视频道歉，附件为道歉全文。网络不是法外之地，任何人都将为其言行承担相应法律责任。

　　声明指出，一直以来，蔚来公司及旗下品牌持续遭受有组织地恶意攻击及抹黑。近期一批账号尤为猖獗，开始新一批次的攻击。网络账号“鹿姐说车”在智能电动行政旗舰蔚来ET9正式交付前，于2月22日9:09就已经发布了事先准备好的关于ET9交付的谣言及长篇抹黑文案，后立刻删除，对法律的无视和践踏令人发指！对此，蔚来已经报警，公安机关表示将深入开展调查，对待谣言滋事等不法行为将依法严厉打击。
