Calumet (CLMT) said Friday it has agreed to sell assets related to the industrial segment of its Royal Purple business to a Lubrication Engineers unit for $110 million.
Proceeds from the deal, which will likely be completed in H1, will primarily be used for debt payment, Calumet said.
The company also said it will keep the Porter, Texas, manufacturing location and the consumer part of the Royal Purple business.
