菜鸟实施员工期权退出计划，更换为长期现金
IT之家 2 月 28 日消息，据申妈的朋友圈消息，菜鸟 2 月 27 日发布全员邮件：为增强菜鸟与阿里巴巴控股集团的业务协同，控股集团已全面收购菜鸟小股东的剩余持有股份，并同步对员工所持菜鸟股权激励实施全量退出计划。
根据此前的方案，此次期权回购标准为一股期权 = 0.62 美元（IT之家备注：当前约 4.5 元人民币）。不过，菜鸟此次并未采用一次性回购的方案，而是把员工手中的期权更换为长期现金激励。
打个比方：如果一名员工 2024 年 1 月入职菜鸟，入职时 offer 约定授予 1 万股期权，前 2 年归属 50%，后 2 年每年归属 25%。根据此次的期权退出计划，该员工将在 2026 年 1 月份拿到 5000 股期权对应的长期现金激励，也就是 5000 股 * 0.62 美元 = 3100 美元（当前约 2.25 万元人民币），2027 年 1 月和 2028 年 1 月，每年能得到 1.125 万元。
2024 年 3 月 26 日，阿里集团发布公告称，其物流子公司菜鸟智慧物流网络有限公司已撤回其在香港联交所的首次公开发行及上市申请。同时，阿里集团计划向菜鸟的少数股东（包括员工）发出要约，以每股 0.62 美元的价格将其持有的所有菜鸟已发行股份向阿里巴巴集团出售，总对价最高可达 37.5 亿美元（当前约 273.21 亿元人民币）。
4 月 24 日，申通快递公告披露菜鸟出售股权计划，涉资 7073.8 万美元（当前约 5.15 亿元人民币）。
