智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月27日，久泰邦达能源(02798)股东将2.57亿港元市值股票从中国证券有限转入永隆银行，占比23.30%。
久泰邦达能源发布公告，随着所有必要采矿机械及设备的安装完成，红果煤矿在联合试运营后已于2024年8月27日成功就经修订扩充计划取得贵州省能源局发出的安全生产许可证。于本公告日期，生产许可证项下红果煤矿的许可年产能已由60万吨扩大至120万吨。董事认为，此次扩充使红果煤矿的经营规模有所增长，将为集团带来显著的经济效益。
