智通财经APP讯，广汽集团(02238)发布公告，2025年2月，公司未实施回购。截至2025年2月28日，公司累计完成回购股份数量为2.99亿股，占公司总股份数的2.93%。其中，回购A股数量为1351.15万股，回购成交的最高价为7.82元/股，最低价为7.10元/股，成交总金额为1.01亿元(不含交易费用);回购H股数量为2.85亿股，回购成交的最高价为3.72港元/股，最低价为2.29港元/股，成交总金额为8.586亿港元(不含交易费用)。
2025年2月27日，公司对此前完成回购的1.18亿股H股完成注销;完成本次注销后，公司总股份数为101.97亿股，其中A股为73.84亿股，H股为28.13亿股。
