贝克微(02149)发布公告，预期本公司于截至2024年12月31日止年度(报告期)取得不少于人民币5.21亿元的收入，相较截至2023年12月31日止年度约人民币4.64亿元的收入增长不少于12%;及取得不少于人民币1.5亿元的净利润，相较截至2023年12月31日止年度约人民币1.09亿元的净利润增长不少于37%。

于报告期收入及净利润预计增长主要是由于：本公司坚持自主研发，十余年来不断提升基于机器学习的半自动化芯片设计方法，将不同阶段的电路设计方法互为模型加以训练及优化，进一步降低了研发难度，维持了差异化的竞争能力;市场对工业级模拟芯片需求稳定，本公司持续推出工业类新产品，带动产品销量提高;本公司有效推进业务发展战略，拓展客户覆盖面，给予较大且信用好的客户更优惠的政策，从而提高客户的下单意愿及订单量。
