信义能源2024年末期业绩：归母净利润7.91亿元 同比降12%
2月28日，信义能源（03868）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期业绩公告。业绩显示，公司的收益为24.4亿元，同比增长7%。然而，本公司权益持有人应占溢利下降12%至7.91亿元，每股基本盈利为9.55元，较上年减少15.9%。收益的增长主要得益于太阳能发电场项目的运营，但受限电损失及市场化电力交易影响，收益增长受到一定抵消。
在财务回顾中，销售成本增加14.8%至8.41亿元，主要由于员工福利开支、电力成本及折旧费用增加所致。同时，其他收入也显著上升至2290万元，主要是政府补助金的增加。值得注意的是，其他损失净额大幅增加至3770万元，主要由于商誉减值损失及外汇亏损的影响。
管理层指出，太阳能发电场组合持续贡献，整体发电量较去年增长13.8%。尽管如此，由于电网消纳限制和市场化电力交易的增加，部分发电量的收益未能完全转化为收益。公司预计未来的收购将进一步改善经营现金流和整体收益。
在业务分部方面，公司主要运营太阳能发电场，整体经营表现持续向好，尤其是在新收购的发电场项目上。未来，公司将继续关注市场机会，以进一步增强其市场地位和收益能力。
