Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Updates Commitment Lines for Enhanced Financial Stability

Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park (TYO:3471) has terminated its existing 5 billion yen commitment line and established a new 10 billion yen syndicated line with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking to strengthen its financial base.

This move results in a total commitment line capacity of 13 billion yen, according to its Thursday filing.

The new agreement, effective March 7, 2025, is unsecured and unguaranteed, with a contract period lasting until Feb. 29, 2028.
