智通财经APP讯，浙江沪杭甬(00576)发布公告，浙商证券股份有限公司现任独立董事熊建益先生因任期届满，于近日向公司董事会提交了辞职报告，申请辞去公司独立董事及董事会审计委员会委员职务。
公司于2025年2月28日以通讯方式召开了第四届董事会第二十九次会议，审议通过了《关于推选公司第四届董事会独立董事候选人的议案》，同意提名曾爱民先生为公司第四届董事会独立董事候选人，任期自股东大会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
曾爱民先生经公司股东大会选举通过担任独立董事后，将接任熊建益先生原在董事会相关专门委员会的委员职务，任期与独立董事任期一致。
