石药集团(01093.HK) 公布，集团开发的注射用西罗莫司(白蛋白结合型)获国家药品监督管理局授予突破性治疗认定，拟定适应症为单药用于恶性血管周围上皮样细胞瘤(PEComa)。
西罗莫司又称为雷帕霉素，是一种常用的特异性mTOR抑制剂。此前已有口服制剂的西罗莫司获批上市，主要适用于预防接受肾移植患者的器官排斥。该产品采用特殊技术将西罗莫司包裹于人血白蛋白中，克服口服制剂无法向靶部位递送足够浓度药量的缺点，实现了西罗莫司的注射给药，且无需激素预处理。同时，该产品拓展了西罗莫司的应用领域，有望实现治疗mTOR信号通路驱动的一系列疾病。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-28 16:25。)
