　　湖州吴兴农村商业银行股份有限公司（以下简称本行或吴兴农商银行）于2025年2月11日在吴兴农商银行官网、吴兴农商银行微信公众号、湖州日报发布了《湖州吴兴农村商业银行股份有限公司关于定向募股的公告》（以下简称《关于定向募股的公告》），其中约定的股票认购缴款时间为2025年2月11日至2025年2月28日营业时间结束前。

　　目前由于部分投资者尚未完成缴款程序，无法在指定日期之前将认购资金存入公司验资账户，经过与投资者沟通，现公司决定对认购缴款截止日进行延期，延期后的认购缴款截止日为2025年3月20日营业时间结束前。

　　除上述事项外，公司《关于定向募股的公告》内容不存在其他变更事项。
