Rocket Lab Shares Slide On Weak Outlook -- MarketWatch

Rocket Lab USA Inc. $(RKLB)$ shares fell more than 8% in extended trading Thursday after the space-launch company topped Wall Street's revenue estimates but gave a weaker-than-expected first-quarter outlook.

The Long Beach, Calif.-based company reported a quarterly loss of 10 cents a share, in line with FactSet consensus estimate.

The company's revenue in the fourth-quarter rose to $132.4 million from $59.9 million in the prior year's quarter and beat the analysts' revenue estimate of $130.6 million. For the first quarter, Rocket Lab expects revenue between $117 million and $123 million, below the FactSet consensus of $135.7 million.
