Yanlord Land's (SGX:Z25) attributable loss to owners widened by 45% during the second half of 2024 to 2.94 billion yuan from 2.03 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Loss per share widened to 1.5203 yuan compared with 1.0504 yuan in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 42% year over year to 16.44 billion yuan from 28.59 billion yuan, due to a decrease in the average selling price per square meter.
Shares of the real estate developer were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
