智联招聘“AI招聘助手”Deepseek-R1版上线
凤凰网科技讯 2月28日，继本月6日智联招聘宣布接入DeepSeek-R1大模型后，今日，智联招聘正式发布“AI招聘助手”Deepseek-R1版，企业可以在招聘后台体验“AI发职位”、“AI推荐人才”功能，解锁个性化、精准化的招聘服务。
据悉，Deepseek-R1版加持下的“AI发布职位”，可利用大模型自动抽取职位描述中的核心要求，优化文案表达，快速生成更具行业特点、多样语言风格的职位信息，让招聘职位更准确、更有吸引力。
“AI推荐人才”则可通过AI对话的方式引导HR充分表达招聘诉求，还可辅助HR与求职者沟通，针对招聘岗位推荐匹配人才并给出具体推荐理由，把HR从繁重的筛选和搜寻中解放出来，省心、高效。

据悉，除上述“AI发职位”、“AI推荐人才”功能外，智联招聘的AI招聘助手“艾琳”还能提供AI筛简历、AI帮聊、AI易面等多样化功能，各功能在陆续开放计划中。
