智通财经APP讯，太平洋航运(02343)发布公告，公司拟实施由2025年3月3日至2025年12月31日(首尾两天包括在内)的股份购回计划。
根据股份购回计划，公司拟在公开市场上按以下参数范围购回其股份：用于购回股份的资金上限：4000万美元。仅供说明，倘4000万美元获悉数使用，按股份于2025年2月28日的收市价1.57港元计算，于本公告日期可购回的股份占已发行股份总数约3.85%。
根据上市规则，每股股份的购回价不得高于股份于紧接每次购回前五个交易日之平均收市价5%或以上。公司拟运用其可用现金流及内部资源为购回股份提供资金，同时保持足够财务资源以维持业务的持续增长。
