智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园(02007)再涨超9%，两个交易日股价累涨超三成。截至发稿，涨9.68%，报0.51港元，成交额1.41亿港元。
消息面上，据碧桂园官微披露，2月24日，碧桂园集团召开年度工作会议，董事会主席杨惠妍在会上明确公司2025年的重点工作：上半年以保交房为主，近期首先是落实好节后的及时复工；下半年保交房和保主体并重，为2026年进入正常经营状态做好准备。碧桂园总裁莫斌指出，今年1月21日公司股票已正式复牌，境外债务重组提案也已公布关键条款，并与七家知名银行组成的协调委员会达成共识，目前债务重组工作正在有序推进中。
中指研究院企业研究总监刘水此前分析，碧桂园境外债重组迈出重要一步，如果该方案能够落实，将使碧桂园实现大幅去杠杆化。另外，碧桂园此前发布公告称，1月单月共实现归属公司股东权益的合同销售金额约22.6亿元。
